Cooperation in science and technology has been developed through joint research projects with the Instituto Jô Clemente (former APAE São Paulo), in the area of Intellectual Disabilities, especially in the following lines of research: Genetics and Molecular Biology; Cognition and Development; Brain Imaging; Neonatology and Neonatal Screening; Aging; and Inclusive Education, aiming to expand knowledge on Intellectual Disabilities in Brazil.
